Youtuber Benny Potter Identified in Fatal Single-Vehicle Accident on 25 Freeway in Denver

 
DENVER, CO (July 8, 2024) – Officials identified YouTube personality and Colorado resident 40-year-old Benny Potter who died in an accident on southbound 25 Freeway on June 8.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened near milepost 267.5 around 9:19 AM. Based on a report, the popular YouTuber was driving a silver Toyota 4Runner during the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he drove off the right shoulder and continued to cross over the frontage road. Subsequently, his vehicle rolled multiple times.
 
As a result, Potter suffered grave injuries and died at the scene. CSP said he was wearing his seatbelt and was the only person in the vehicle.
 
Potter ran a popular YouTube channel, Comicstorian, which had 3.02 million subscribers.
 
CSP said there were no indications that impairment or excessive speed was a factor.
