Woman Dies, Samantha Farris Ends Up Arrested After Anaheim Crash on Magnolia Avenue and Broadway

 
ANAHEIM, CA (February 21, 2025) – A woman died, resulting in the arrest of Samantha Farris in a crash on Magnolia Avenue and Broadway on Sunday night, February 16.

The fatal incident occurred at around 10:00 p.m., according to the Anaheim Police Department.

Authorities stated that a white Volkswagen sedan being driven by 29-year-old Farris had attempted to turn left at the intersection.

However, Farris went in the path of a red SUV, operated by a 56-year-old Long Beach woman.

The force of impact left the female driver of the SUV trapped inside the wreckage, prompting respondents to conduct an extrication. She later died at a hospital.

Meanwhile, law enforcement arrested Farris on suspicion of felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter.

Farris underwent medical evaluation at a hospital before posting bail.

The case is still under investigation.
