Injuries Reported After Small Plane Crash on Silver View Lane

 
TARRANT COUNTY, TX (March 3, 2025) – At least two people suffered injuries following a small plane crash on Silver View Lane on Monday afternoon, February 24.
 
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the incident happened around 2:45 p.m. on the 4000 block of Silver View Lane.
 
Reports revealed that a Starduster II just took off from Flying Oaks Airport when it experienced mechanical problems and tried to land in an open field.
 
The airplane failed to land properly, catching fire and bursting into flames. The field that the plane crashed into was also on fire.
 
The pilot and passenger in the plane suffered minor injuries from the crash.
