TUKWILA, WA (June 27, 2024) – Officials confirmed that two drivers suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on 405 Freeway on June 4.
 
The Washington State Patrol said the collision happened at Highway 181 around 5:15 AM. Based on a report, a beer truck, a pickup truck, and a sedan collided in the lanes. Rescue crews used the jaws of life to tear apart the sedan and safely extricate the driver.
 
As a result, the victim and another driver were hurt in the crash. Emergency crews rushed them to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions were not known.
 
The Washington State Department of Transportation responded as the incident blocked the intersection. The Department of Ecology also responded after the truck spilled diesel fuel into a storm drain.
