SAN ANTONIO, TX (February 20, 2025) — Three people sustained injuries in a six-vehicle accident on Highway 151 on February 12.
 
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the crash on Highway 151 Access Road and Potranco Road just after noon.
 
SAPD said a gray SUV ran a red light at the intersection of Highway 151 Access Road and Potranco Road. After that, the vehicle collided with five other vehicles traveling in the north and southbound lanes.
 
Emergency responders from the San Antonio Fire Department and EMS arrived and then provided aid at the scene. They extricated one person who was reportedly trapped in a vehicle.
 
Paramedics brought three individuals to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Authorities confirmed that the driver responsible for the crash was not under the influence and is not facing charges.
 
The investigation of the collision is still underway.
