VANCOUVER, WA (January 4, 2022) – Three people suffered critical injuries in a car accident on Highway 14 on December 22.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near the Lieser Road exit at 8:00 PM. Based on a report, the victims were occupants of a car that collided with an attenuator.
 
The vehicle flipped and hit the median barrier. Subsequently, the victims got out and were hit by another vehicle that had lost control on the ice.
 
As a result, the victims suffered life-threatening injuries in the incident. Crews took them to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in critical condition.
 
Investigators said drugs and alcohol were not factors in the crash. As of now, no other details are available.
