RICHLAND, WA (January 11, 2023) – Richland Police officers arrested a driver after a pedestrian accident in the 1600 block of Columbia Park Trail on January 1.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near Delaware Avenue Southeast. Based on a report, the driver was traveling on Columbia at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown circumstances, the suspect struck a person.
 
As a result, the victim suffered unknown injuries. Emergency crews transported the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment.
