Sara Gonzalez Dead and Alyssa Rodriguez Arrested in Dallas Car Crash

 
DALLAS, TX (January 6, 2025) — 23-year-old Sara Gonzalez died in a car accident on Northwest Highway on Sunday, December 22.
 
According to the Dallas Police Department, the incident occurred at about 2:45 a.m. at Northwest Highway and North Buckner Boulevard.
 
Dallas police said investigators determined that a driver and a passenger drove eastbound on East Northwest Highway. Then they lost control of the car and crashed.
 
The vehicle’s passenger died at the scene. Police identified the deceased as Sara Gonzalez.
 
Paramedics brought the driver, who DPD identified as 23-year-old Alyssa Rodriguez, to a hospital with minor injuries. Then police later arrested and charged her with intoxication manslaughter.
 
Officials continue to investigate the crash.
