Carlos Pazmino-Mestanza Identified in Fatal Semi-Truck Accident in Glasscock County

 
GLASSCOCK COUNTY, TX (January 3, 2024) – Authorities identified 42-year-old Roberto Carlos Pazmino-Mestanza of Odessa who died in an accident on County Road 125 on December 17.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at County Road 120 around 1:27 AM. Based on a report, Pazmino-Mestanza was driving a Dodge Neon westbound on County Road 120 at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he disregarded a stop sign. Subsequently, a northbound semi-truck Kenworth with a towed trailer crashed into this Dodge.
 
As a result, Pazmino-Mestanza suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
The driver of the semi was not hurt in the incident.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
