Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Alameda Parkway in Lakewood
LAKEWOOD, CO (June 10, 2024) — One person died in a motorcycle accident on West Alameda Parkway in Lakewood on Sunday, May 26.
According to the Lakewood Police Department, the crash happened at around 4:28 p.m. in the 14800 block of West Alameda Parkway. It took place just outside of the exit of Forsberg Iron Spring Park.
Lakewood police said a motorcycle collided into another vehicle. The driver of the motorcycle died from sustained injuries in the crash.
Everyone who was involved remained on the scene. Police said they cooperated with police in the investigation.
The identity of the motorcyclist who died is not yet released pending notification of loved ones.
