Regina Reyes Identified in Fatal Austin Car Accident
AUSTIN, TX (December 22, 2024) – The Austin Police Department identified 62-year-old Regina Natalie Reyes who died in an accident on East Riverside Drive on December 9.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Clubview Avenue around 6:08 PM. Based on a report, two vehicles collided in the lanes. Reyes was a passenger in one of the cars.
Officers said Reyes suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Emergency crews transported her to the hospital, where she later died.
Both drivers remained at the scene, showed no signs of impairment, and cooperated with the investigation.
