Pedestrian Dead in Denver Hit-and-Run on Federal Boulevard and West 4th Avenue

 
DENVER, CO (May 29, 2024) — A pedestrian suffered fatal injuries in a hit-and-run on Federal Boulevard on Friday, May 16.
 
According to Denver police, the accident took place on Federal Boulevard and West 4th Avenue at about 1:20 a.m.
 
Denver police said they transported one pedestrian to the hospital with unknown injuries.
 
According to a post of Denver police on X (Twitter), they closed the southbound Federal Boulevard while police investigated.
 
In an update on Monday, they said the pedestrian died of sustained injuries. Authorities have not yet released the identity of the victim.
