LAS VEGAS, NV (February 26, 2025) — A pedestrian was injured after a two-vehicle crash on D Street on Monday, February 24.
 
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the incident took place on D Street and Owens Avenue just before 10:50 a.m.
 
LVMPD said two vehicles collided at the intersection. Following the initial impact, one of the vehicles struck a pedestrian waiting at a nearby bus stop.
 
Emergency responders transported the pedestrian to UMC Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Paramedics also brought one of the drivers involved to the hospital with minor injuries.
 
Authorities confirmed that they do not suspect impairment as a factor in the crash.
 
Officers implemented road closures in the area as they conducted their investigation.
