Pedestrian Critical after Accident on Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas

 
LAS VEGAS, NV (December 8, 2022) – Emergency crews transported a 58-year-old man to the hospital following a pedestrian accident on Las Vegas Boulevard on December 1.
 
According to the Nevada State Police, the collision happened near Washington Avenue around 6:05 PM.
 
Based on a report, the pedestrian was crossing the street outside of a marked crosswalk prior the crash. Subsequently, a 44-year-old woman in a car struck him.
 
As a result, the pedestrian was taken to University Medical Center in critical condition.
 
The woman remained at the scene and did not show any signs of impairment.
 
At this point, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police continues to investigate the case. In addition, no other details are available.
