Paul Buskirk Dead in Motorcycle Crash in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV (January 30, 2025) — A 34-year-old man identified as Paul Buskirk, died in a motorcycle accident on Monday, January 27.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened just after 7:00 p.m. near Blue Diamond Road and South Hualapai Way.
LVMPD determined that Buskirk rode eastbound on Blue Diamond Road. Then he crashed into the rear of another eastbound vehicle. The impact threw him off the motorcycle, and an oncoming SUV subsequently struck him.
Emergency responders arrived and pronounced Buskirk dead at the scene. Meanwhile, both drivers involved sustained minor injuries. Then paramedics transported them to a local hospital for treatment.
LVMPD confirmed that this incident marks the 14th traffic-related fatality within its jurisdiction in 2025.
The investigation into the circumstances of the crash remains underway.
