COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (January 6, 2025) – The Colorado Springs Police Department confirmed that a pedestrian suffered serious injuries in a pedestrian accident on Woodmen Road on December 14.

According to the Colorado State Patrol, the accident happened at 25 Freeway around 10:31 AM. Based on a report, a vehicle hit the victim in the lanes.

Authorities said the car was no longer on the scene and left before they arrived.

As a result, the victim sustained serious life-threatening injuries.

Due to the nature of the crash, the Major Crash Team responded to the scene to assume the investigation.
