BERKELEY, CA (September 8, 2022) — A person was killed following a pedestrian crash on Interstate 80 early Friday morning, August 12.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal collision happened around 4:53 a.m. on westbound I-80, west of the Berkeley Curve heading into the Bay Bridge toll plaza.
