FALLON, NV (November 28, 2022) – Officers confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on westbound Highway 50 on November 21.
 
According to the Nevada State Police, the collision happened at Roberson Lane around 6:15 PM.
 
Based on a report, the pedestrian was walking in the No. 2 travel lane on the highway prior to the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a Toyota truck struck the victim.
 
As a result, the pedestrian died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
 
Police did not suspect impairment as a factor in the crash. At this point, officers continues to investigate the case.
