DENVER, CO (August 9, 2023) – The Denver Police Department confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on 45th Avenue on July 31.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at Pearl Street around 9:20 PM. Based on a report, a vehicle struck the pedestrian near the intersection.
 
As a result, the pedestrian sustained grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
