PHOENIX, AZ (June 10, 2024) – The Phoenix Police Department confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on 10 Freeway on May 24.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near 32nd Street and University Drive around 11:30 PM. Based on a report, a vehicle struck the pedestrian in the lanes.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not release the deceased’s name, pending kin notification.
