LAS VEGAS, NV (November 14, 2024) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed that one person suffered critical injuries in a pedestrian accident on Tropicana Avenue on October 28.
 
According to the Nevada State Police, the collision happened at Nellis Boulevard shortly before 3:00 PM. Based on a report, a vehicle struck the pedestrian near the intersection.
 
As a result, the victim suffered critical injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported the patient to a hospital for treatment.
 
The driver remained on the scene, and police said they did not suspect impairment was a factor.
