Noah Woodruff Dies After Bicycle Crash near Hatcher Road and Cave Creek Road

 
PHOENIX, AZ (March 3, 2023) — 25-year-old Noah Woodruff died after being struck by two vehicles near Hatcher Road and Cave Creek Road on Tuesday night, February 28.

The fatal incident occurred at around 10:00 p.m., according to the Phoenix police. Authorities said Woodruff traveled on his bicycle when he attempted to cross the road outside of a marked crosswalk.

A northbound vehicle then slammed into Woodruff before a second vehicle, which had trailed the first one, ended up colliding into him.

The impact inflicted fatal injuries to Woodruff, who later died at a local hospital.

Meanwhile, the two drivers involved stayed at the scene and opted to cooperate.

The cause and factors behind the accident remain under investigation. No additional information is available at this time.
