Motorcycle Rider Hospitalized after Tempe Accident on Apache Boulevard and Normal Avenue
TEMPE, AZ (October 16, 2024) — A motorcycle rider sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle accident on Apache Boulevard on Wednesday, October 2.
Tempe Police said the incident occurred at about 9:00 a.m. at Apache Boulevard and Normal Avenue, near the Arizona State University Tempe campus.
According to the Tempe police, the motorcyclist appeared to split traffic. Then the rider sideswiped a vehicle. After that, the ride crashed into a Tempe Streetcar.
The motorcyclist sustained injuries. Emergency responders transported the rider to the hospital in stable condition.
