Miles Kintz Identified in Fatal Car Crash in Marin County

 
MARIN COUNTY, CA (December 14, 2022) – The Marin County Sheriff’s Office identified 22-year-old Miles Walter Kintz as the victim who died in a car crash on Point Reyes- Petaluma Road on December 10.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened just north of Hicks Valley Road around 1:15 PM.
 
Based on a report, Kintz was heading south on the road in a 2000 Subaru Impreza prior to the crash. Due to unknown reasons, he lost control, entered the opposite lane, and struck a 1999 Honda Accord heading north.
 
As a result, Kintz died in the incident.
 
Officials noted that the road was wet from recent rainfall. At this point, the CHP continues to investigate the case.
