Michael Jane Identified in Fatal Car Accident in Raymond

 
RAYMOND, WA (June 23, 2023) – The Pacific County Sheriff’s Office identified 25-year-old Michael Jane of South Bend who died in an accident on Highway 101 on June 10.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near milepost 66 just after midnight. Based on a report, Jane was driving southbound on the highway prior to the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he crossed the centerline and crashed with a camping-style van.
 
As a result, personnel from the Washington State Patrol and Raymond and South Bend police departments said Jane died in the incident.
 
The driver and passenger of the other vehicle were transported to the hospital for their injuries.
 
At this point, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
