Matthew Moreno Identified in Fatal College Station Crash

 
COLLEGE STATION, TX (March 27, 2023) – Officers identified 21-year-old Matthew Anthony Moreno of College Station as the victim who died in a motorcycle accident on Wellborn Road on March 25.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Rock Prairie Road shortly before 3:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was traveling south on Wellborn Road prior to the crash. At the same time, a car was turning from the northbound lane of Wellborn Road onto Rock Prairie Road.
 
Due to unknown reasons, the victim’s motorcycle collided with the car.
 
As a result, Moreno was pronounced dead at the scene.
