Marvin Garcia Fatally Injured in Phoenix Pedestrian Accident on North Cave Road
PHOENIX, AZ (October 10, 2024) — A 47-year-old man, Marvin Obdullo Gutierrez Garcia, died in a pedestrian accident on Tuesday, September 17.
The Phoenix Police said the crash happened in the 17600 block of North Cave Creek, near Bell Road around 11:00 p.m.
According to the Phoenix police said the Garcia tried to cross Cave Creek Road. Then a vehicle struck him.
Emergency responders arrived and brought Garcia to a hospital where he succumbed to his sustained injuries and died.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
The investigation of the incident is still ongoing.
