COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (October 17, 2024) — Authorities arrested Mark Graham after a rollover road rage accident on Wednesday, October 2.
 
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, the accident occurred at about 7:15 p.m. on the northbound ramp to the 25 Freeway at Cimarron Street.
 
The CSPD investigation determined the incident involved a Toyota Tacoma and a Ford F-150. They said the Toyota driven by Graham was on the on-ramp. Then he tried to pass on the left crossing on the shoulder and then rear-ended the Ford.
 
Police said that Graham attempted to pass on the right and struck the Ford again.
 
The impact of the collision flipped the Ford. Responding officers transported the driver of the Ford to the hospital with minor to major injuries. The identity of the driver was not immediately available.
 
Meanwhile, police arrested Graham for reckless driving. CSPD says he was cited and then released.
