Marisol Tinoco-Carillo Identified in Fatal Crash Involving Suspected DUI Driver Jose Aviles in Fort Worth

 
FORT WORTH, TX (December 12, 2024) – The Fort Worth Police Department identified 32-year-old Marisol Tinoco-Carillo who died in a DUI crash on South Freeway on December 8.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Rosedale Street shortly before 2:00 AM. Based on a report, Tinoco-Carillo collided with a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Jose Aviles.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported her to the hospital, where she later died.
 
Police arrested Aviles for intoxicated manslaughter with a vehicle.
 
Fort Worth Police are investigating the circumstances around the crash.
