Manuela Rodriguez Dead, Allen Graham Arrested in Comfort DUI Accident
COMFORT, TX (March 3, 2025) — Authorities identified 53-year-old Manuela Rodriguez as the victim of a DUI accident on Sunday, February 16.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision took place around 6:45 a.m. on 10 Freeway, just south of Comfort.
Officials said 27-year-old Allen Graham, of San Antonio, drove a Ford F-150 eastbound on 10 Freeway. Then his truck veered off the right side of the highway.
After that, Graham overcorrected and crossed all lanes of traffic. It eventually crashed into Rodriguez’s Toyota Corolla.
Rodriguez died at the scene due to her injuries.
Authorities arrested Graham following the incident. He faces multiple charges, including intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault causing serious bodily injury. In addition, he also faces five counts of possession of a controlled substance and 16 counts of possessing a dangerous drug.
The Texas Department of Public Safety handles the investigation of the crash.
