Man Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver on Brighton Boulevard in Commerce City

 
COMMERCE CITY, CO (November 17, 2023) – The Commerce City Police Department confirmed that a man died in a hit-and-run in the 7500 block of Brighton Boulevard on November 12.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at approximately 9:40 PM. Based on a report, officers found the man along Brighton Boulevard after a witness reported the body.
 
Officials believed he was a victim of a suspected hit-and-run accident.
 
The man sustained grave injuries and died at the scene. Officials only identified him as a 68-year-old Commerce City resident.
