Driver Dead after Two-Vehicle Crash on St. Louis Avenue and Lamb Boulevard

 
LAS VEGAS, NV (November 26, 2023) — A 49-year-old Las Vegas man died after a car crash on St. Louis Avenue on Tuesday, November 7.
 
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident took place near the intersection of St. Louis Avenue and Lamb Boulevard at about 1:08 p.m.
 
Police said a truck failed to yield the right of way to a sedan as it made a left turn on St. Louis Avenue. It then entered the sedan’s path. Then the front of the sedan crashed into the right rear of the truck.
 
Paramedics transported the male driver of the sedan to a hospital where he died.
 
The driver of the truck stayed at the scene.
 
The fatal accident marks the 129th traffic-related death in the LVMPD’s jurisdiction this year. The LVMPD’s Collision Investigation Section handles the ongoing investigation of the collision.
