Kevin Kansanback Involved in DUI Crash on 5 Freeway in Cowlitz County

 
COWLITZ COUNTY, WA (October 4, 2022) – Police charged Kevin A. Kansanback following a three-car crash on 5 Freeway on September 12.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near milepost 56, south of Toledo around 11:13 PM.
 
Based on a report, an Acura TL was traveling at a high rate prior to the crash. Subsequently, it struck an Audi A6 that was in front of it. After that, the Audi collided with a pickup truck in the right lane before it struck the left side barrier and came to a rest in the right lane.
 
As a result, the driver of the Audi suffered injuries in the incident. Paramedics transported the victim to St. John Medical Center for treatment.
 
WSP said the driver of the Acura, 37-year-old Kansanback of Vancouver was charged with driving under the influence. However, an investigation into the case is still ongoing.
