Three Vehicles Involved in Car Crash on 39th Avenue in Phoenix

 
PHOENIX, AZ (December 5, 2024) – The Phoenix Police Department confirmed that an infant and three adults suffered serious injuries in a fiery crash on 39th Avenue on November 21.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Camelback Road just before 8:00 PM. Based on a report, at least three vehicles collided in the lanes.
 
Subsequently, one of the cars caught fire in the incident.
 
As a result, an infant and two adults sustained life-threatening injuries. Another adult had critical injuries. Emergency crews transported the victims to the hospital for treatment.
 
Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire in one of the vehicles.
 
Police believed speed and impairment were factors in the wreck.
