Howard Graham Struck and Killed by Vehicle in Dallas

 
DALLAS, TX (September 7, 2023) – Officers identified 63-year-old Howard Graham who died in a pedestrian accident on Abrams Road on August 25.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at approximately 8:30 PM. Based on a report, Graham was walking on the road at the time of the crash. Benny’s Convenience Store said he had just visited the business and was walking home to The Hive Apartments across the street.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a white 2019 Chevy Camaro hit him and its driver had pulled into a nearby apartment complex.
 
As a result, Graham suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
A witness walked up to the vehicle and saw the female exit while clutching an alcoholic beverage in a can. Police later identified the driver as 26-year-old Kyli Phillips. She refused to take any field sobriety tests.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
