Driver Wanted after Pedestrian Accident on Tanque Verde Road in Tucson

 
TUCSON, AZ (April 27, 2023) – The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is now looking for the driver involved in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Tanque Verde Road on April 7.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash happened at Houghton Road.
 
Based on a report, the suspect struck the victim in the early morning hours of that day. Officials said it was a possible 1994-1996 Chevrolet Silverado, Suburban, or Blazer/Tahoe with possible front-end damage.
 
The condition of the pedestrian was not clear.
 
As of now, officers ask anyone with information to call 911. They can also submit an anonymous tip, with the potential for a reward, by text, phone, or by going to 88CRIME.org.
