Bicyclist Dies in Hit-and-Run Accident on Culebra Road in San Antonio

 
SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 3, 2022) – Police are now looking for a hit-and-run driver following a fatal bicycle accident in the 9100 block of Culebra Road.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near Arcadia Creek around 9:45 PM on September 21.
 
Based on a report, a man in his 40s was riding a bicycle at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, the San Antonio police said a vehicle struck the victim. Subsequently, the suspect continued without giving aid to the victim.
 
As a result, emergency crews pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
 
SAPD could not give a description of the suspect’s vehicle. As of now, an investigation is underway. In addition, there are no other details available.
