SAN ANTONIO, TX (August 11, 2024) – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified 62-year-old Hector Reyna who died in a pedestrian accident on Loop 410 on July 31.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near Via De Ventura just past Rigsby Avenue shortly before 11:00 AM. Based on a report, an 18-wheeler truck hit the victim on the southeast side of the highway.
 
As a result, Reyna suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
