Freddy Lee Heine Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Drivers Emanuel Watson and Robin Williams-Watson in Harris County

 
HARRIS COUNTY, TX (July 26, 2024) – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office identified 55-year-old Freddy Lee Heine who died in a hit-and-run in the 9700 block of Antoine Drive on July 9.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at approximately 8:23 AM. Based on a report, Heine was walking along the road when he was hit by two vehicles.
 
Officials said the drivers both fled the scene. They identified them as Emanuel Dewayne Watson and his wife, Robin Yvette Williams-Watson.
 
As a result, Heine suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
Officials arrested and booked Watson and Williams-Watson into the Harris County Jail on failure to stop and render aid charges.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
