Dionelle Pulsingay Detained in Fatal DUI Car Crash in Plainview
PLAINVIEW, TX (September 14, 2022) – Officers arrested Dionelle Pulsingay following a fatal rollover crash on 27 Freeway on September 11.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Pulsingay was driving an Infiniti southbound on the freeway approaching Southwest 3rd Street at the time of the crash. Subsequently, Plainview police said the vehicle lost control, crossed the median, and rolled over before catching fire.
As a result, the crash impact ejected and killed a 17-year-old passenger.
The Plainview Police Department did not release the name of the victim. In addition, another 17-year-old passenger who is currently in serious condition after also being ejected from the car.
When officers arrived, they discovered Pulsingay was able to get out of the car on fire. She told officers she had been drinking prior to the accident. Officers then arrested and took her to the Hale County Jail.
