Shanice Richards, Devin Moore Dead in Beaumont Motorcycle Crash

 
BEAUMONT, TX (March 18, 2024) — 26-year-old Devin Moore, of Orange, and 28-year-old Shanice Richards, of Beaumont, died in a motorcycle crash on Saturday, March 9.
 
The fatal crash took place in the 400 block of South 4th Street at about 7:30 a.m.
 
According to the Beaumont Police Department, Moore drove a motorcycle with Richards as a passenger. They traveled north on 4th Street at a high rate of speed.
 
Then the driver lost control of the motorcycle. It resulted in them hitting a curb and then crashing into a fence.
 
The incident ejected both the driver and passenger. They both died following the crash.
 
Judge Ben Collins asked for an autopsy.
