Daniela Fonseca Killed after Dallas Hit-and-Run on North Caroll Avenue and Ross Avenue

 
DALLAS, TX (October 8, 2024) — A 31-year-old Dallas paramedic, Daniela Fonseca, died in a hit-and-run on Saturday, September 21.
 
According to Dallas Police, the fatal crash happened at the intersection of North Carroll Avenue and Ross Avenue on Saturday morning.
 
Dallas police said Fonseca drove her white Scion near the intersection. Then the driver of a green SUV crashed into her and fled on foot.
 
A witness allegedly tried to chase the driver but could not catch him.
 
Family members of said Fonseca said passed away on Thursday, September 26, after nearly a week in the ICU at Baylor Medical Center.
 
As of writing, there are no reports of arrests in connection to the hit-and-run.
 
Dallas police urge anyone with information about the incident to call them.
