Brian Disney Identified in Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident in Litchfield Park

 
LITCHFIELD PARK, AZ (May 26, 2023) – The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office identified 54-year-old Brian Disney who died in a hit-and-run accident on Dysart Road Road on May 19.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Rose Lane around 9:30 PM. Based on a report, Brian was driving his motorcycle at the time of the crash.
 
Detectives said he hit a construction sign and lost control, throwing him off his motorcycle and into the intersection. Subsequently, a dark-colored truck then ran over him and left the scene.
 
As a result, Disney suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
Friends and family are raising funds with a GoFundMe account to help the victim’s wife, Shelley Disney, with his funeral expenses.
 
As of now, an investigation to identify the hit-and-run driver is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
