Benjamin Henderson Identified in Serious-Injury Crash in Lubbock

 
LUBBOCK, TX (October 8, 2024) – The Lubbock Police Department identified 49-year-old Benjamin Henderson who suffered injuries in a crash in the 6200 block of Southeast Drive on September 16.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened around 4:43 PM. Based on a report, Henderson was driving a silver truck northwest on Southeast Drive before the crash.
 
At the same time, 22-year-old Stetson Wilke was driving a white truck southeast on the same road. For unknown reasons, the two vehicles collided at the intersection.
 
As a result, Henderson was badly hurt in the incident. Emergency crews transported him to University Medical Center for treatment.
