Antony Jaramillo Dies in Motorcycle Crash in El Cajon

 
EL CAJON, CA (December 12, 2022) – Police identified 33-year-old Antony Jaramillo as the victim who died in a hit-and-run accident on Highway 67 on December 2.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at the transition ramp to the westbound 8 Freeway. Based on a report, the victim was traveling on a motorcycle at the time of the crash.
 
A witness said the motorcycle was going at a high rate of speed before it crashed into the concrete wall, throwing Jaramillo onto the road. Subsequently, a car then struck him and left without rendering aid.
 
As a result, Jaramillo died at the scene.
 
Police are now looking for the hit-and-run vehicle, an older model Toyota Camry.
