GOLIAD, TX (February 25, 2025) – Aness Anwar was injured following a crash on US Highway 59 on Wednesday, February 12.
 
According to the authorities, the incident happened after a small car was struck by a box truck.
 
The impact of the crash caused the truck to end up on top of the car.
 
Medics took 30-year-old Anwar, the small car driver, to a local hospital in a serious but stable condition.
 
It is unclear if 39-year-old Afolabi Solageade, the truck driver, was harmed.
