78-Year-Old Charlotte Warren Identified in Fatal Crash on Major Drive in Beaumont

 
BEAUMONT, TX (February 12, 2025) – The Beaumont Police Department identified 78-year-old Charlotte Warren who died in a crash in the 3500 block of Major Drive on February 8.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Warren was driving her vehicle when she collided with another car.
 
As a result, Warren suffered grave injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported her to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital, where she later died.
 
Police arrested the driver of the other car, 28-year-old Ky Walker, for intoxication manslaughter. They booked him into to the Jefferson County Jail with a bond of $50,000.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
