17-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed in Accident on East Old Spanish Trail in Pima County

 
PIMA COUNTY, AZ (December 18, 2023) – The Pima County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that a 17-year-old rider died in a motorcycle accident on East Old Spanish Trail on December 7.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at South Galileo Lane shortly before 5:00 PM. Based on the report, deputies responded to the scene and found the rider on the road.
 
The rider sustained serious injuries and later died at the scene. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification. Nobody else was hurt.
