15-Year-Old Girl Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Fairview Drive at Gordon Street [Carson City, NV]

LAS VEGAS, NV (November 1, 2023) – The Carson City Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a 15-year-old girl suffered injuries in a pedestrian accident on Fairview Drive on October 20.
 
According to the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Gordon Street around 6:00 AM. Based on a report, the girl was walking near the intersection at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck her. The details that led to the incident were not clear.
 
As a result, the girl sustained injuries. Emergency crews transported her to Renown Hospital for treatment.
 
The driver of the car stayed on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
 
Police do not suspect impairment as a factor.
