COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (July 12, 2024) – The Colorado Springs Police Department confirmed that one person suffered injuries in a pedestrian accident on Constitution Avenue on June 19.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at Warwick Lane shortly after 9:00 PM. Based on a report, the pedestrian was crossing Constitution Avenue during the accident.
 
Due to unknown reasons, the victim was hurt in the incident. Emergency crews transported the patient to the hospital with minor injuries.
 
Police said the driver of the vehicle stayed on scene and it was not clear who was at fault.
